Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. To
be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either
40 years old or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less.
About the Super Lawyers®
Super Lawyers®, the Thomson Reuters lawyer rating service, is a research-driven,
peer influenced rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained
a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The Super
Lawyers lists are comprised of outstanding attorneys from over 70 practice
areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional
achievement. The selection process is based on a rigorous set of criteria
and surveys taken from confidential reviews from nearly five million peers
and colleagues. More than 50,000 of the most prestigious firms and leading
attorneys in their respective field are considered for this achievement.
The mission of Super Lawyers is to bring visibility to those attorneys
who exhibit excellence in practice.
Asked about his selection, Attorney Lucchetti said, “It is really
exciting to be considered a Rising Star, to think about what my future
holds. It is also very rewarding to know that all of my hard work is being
recognized by my peers.”
Attorney McBeth echoed similar sentiments regarding his selection in the
area of civil rights law: “Civil rights litigation is profoundly
challenging and is an area of the law populated with some of the most
talented lawyers I have ever met. To be acknowledged as a Rising Star
within that area of the law by my colleagues is one of the highest compliments
I have ever received and I am deeply humbled.”
The Halperin Law Center is a top-rated
personal injury and civil litigation firm serving Richmond and the Commonwealth of Virginia,
as well as the District of Columbia and Maryland.
