Attorneys Jonathan E. Halperin and Andrew Lucchetti of the Halperin Law Center were recently featured on the front page of Virginia Lawyer’s Weekly for the $2.99 million settlement against the City of Richmond on behalf of Stefan Woodson. Mr. Woodson suffered devastating permanent injuries while serving a 6- month sentence at the Richmond City Jail on the medical tier. This settlement represents the largest civil rights payout of its kind in Virginia history.
